1. Introduction

3. Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on Winner.lc. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any funds in a duplicate account may be confiscated.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Winner.lc will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your request within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the relevant betting rules. Remaining balance (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you through your registered payment method.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Winner.lc reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee on dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Winner.lc accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or flagged for investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Winner.lc does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–48 hours on business days. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements linked to bonus funds. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before withdrawal eligibility applies.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, multiple accounts, or other manipulative behaviour is strictly prohibited. Winner.lc uses automated monitoring tools to detect such activity. Accounts found abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, and per device.
• Winner.lc reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of Winner.lc management is final.

6. Betting Rules

Winner.lc covers a wide range of sports markets including Cricket (Test matches, ODIs, T20 internationals, and Pakistan Super League), Football (local and international), and Esports. Our betting rules ensure transparency and fair settlement for all users.

Bet Placement

All bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled or suspended before the start. Live betting odds update in real time and the system will confirm whether your bet has been accepted at the current odds.

Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other conditions, specific DLS-related settlement rules apply and will be communicated via our platform.

Disputed Results

In the event of a data discrepancy or disputed outcome, Winner.lc will use the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, FIFA) to settle the market. If no official result is available within 72 hours of the scheduled event end time, all bets will be voided.

7. Slot Games & Casino
